Problem Definition – Web Related • Outdated • Bottom of each page should include • Date, web master, content contact • Hard to find • New URL? • URL posted on all correspondence • Search engines • Content light • 1MB-5MB size limitation • Community pictures • Core documentation not found • Deed Restrictions • Committees (all) • Process/Requirements • Request Forms (PDF format) • Who to contact WITH phone numbers

Recommendations • Completely redesign website • Impress new start • Theme – Community Friendship • Sub theme – Communications • Sections recommendations • Main page to have a listing of the committees and short description with link to own section • Committee page - Description of what they do. Mission charter • Meeting minutes, Time and location, Meeting schedule, contacts and progress reports • If on a Committee post email, phone and bios • 2 sections dedicated to collections and fines • Recommend single section to rules and procedures

Recommendations • Neighborhood News & Events section • Should include positive messaging • Should be dated by quarter • Financial situations should be in another section • Links to subgroups • Calendar where people can post their neighborhood events like yard sales, Halloween gatherings, block parties or cook outs • Single page • House for Sale section • Brief description, 1 image
