A commitment to engage one or more local, state, regional, or national diversity partners (or improve/expand your existing engagement) to implement at leastone or more of the ideas, actions, or events from this presentation. • Measurement. Track progress and results over a three month period, July 1 – September 30, 2006. • Recognition. HHS will recognize top performers in the Diversity Challenge.

Creating Successful Workplace Partnerships • Apply the Collaborative Framework and Change Concepts to build a roadmap, leverage opportunity, and yield results & actionable donor designation • High Level Changes and First Things First: • Create an AIM Statement • Clear responsibilities and measurable action • Reflective of “real” data (# enrolled, # activities, # registered donors, # potential donors = # actionable donor designations)
