  2. FRONT COUNTER DIGITAL MENU BOARD ORDERING PROCESS • Go to www.mcdmb.com and login. Access will require your Operator ID or established site User ID & Password. Operators please use your operator ID# (10000XXXXX) as the username and password the first time you log into the system. If you have forgotten your username or password, or have any issues logging in, please contact MCDMB Support at: 800-804-4599 (Available 24x7). . • You may see the message No restaurants associated with user id, if so, you can ignore this message. • Click on “Orders” located at the top of the page then select “Place New Order”.

  3. FRONT COUNTER DIGITAL MENU BOARD ORDERING PROCESS • Select your screen type. All the specifications and associated costs are displayed. • The next screens will ask you to provide general restaurant, billing and installation information. • The Primary Contact will be the person AT&T will contact with any questions and conduct status checks on the project • If identified, the Primary Installation Contact will be the only person to receive calls from AT&T checking on the status of the work required before the installation • You will be required to electronically sign and accept the AT&T Terms and Conditions. • Your order can be reviewed after signing the Terms and Conditions. If needed, select the back button to make changes to the order. • After placing the order a confirmation screen will display with the order number. It also states that the order is pending approval. • On the confirmation page is a link to the IMS menu survey. The link will redirect you to the IMS website where you will be required to confirm certain menu profile information. Please make sure you complete the menu survey the same day you place your FC DMB order. • Approximately 2 business days after order submission, you will receive an email stating your order has been approved.

  4. FRONT COUNTER DIGITAL MENU BOARD ORDERING PROCESS • There is a 45 day calendar lead time from email order approval to the installation date. AT&T installation is usually scheduled 7-10 days prior to the restaurant opening date. • To check order status • Sign in and go to Orders • Select Check Order Status • After selecting the pending order #, the status will appear • See the following pages for direction on printing the Terms and Condition document. • IMS will reach out to the primary contact to confirm the menu survey submission. • Reference Documents are available by selecting Orders • Select Download Documentation • If you have any questions, please contact: 1-800-804-4599

FRONT COUNTER DIGITAL MENU BOARD ORDERING PROCESS • HOW TO DOWNLOAD COPY OF AT&T TERMS AND CONDITIONS • From the main page click Orders, then select Order Status • Your pending orders will displayed, select the order • The Order Summary page will display, scroll down in the box on the right hand side. • Click on the Terms and Conditions link
