Logging In Two options: 1. Go to www.aeaims.org/ims/aeaims.htm; or 2. Use AEA web page link to Web IEP/IMS found under Special Education Type: Login ID Password jdoe
Main Menu • Your ID and password provide access to your building or district data. • Currently, the access levels are by building, district, and teacher/ AEA Support staff. • Select the Overdue IEP/IFSP link. John Doe
Report Options: Selection Criteria Tab Any School
Report Options: Display Options Tab • The display options allows you to decide which data will show up on the report. • For some fields, the user has the option of having a code displayed or the field description (e.g. building code number or short name). These fields are designed with pull-downs. • May want to select: Student Name, Current Staff, Plan to Date, Plan Code, Attending District Short Name, and Attending Building Short Name. • Use Save Preferences if helpful for running future like reports.
Report Options: Sort Tab • This operates much like the sort options used in Excel. • The Sort selection is not required, but sorting by Attending Building may be helpful.
ReportOptions: File Type Tab • Chose the type of output for viewing and/or printing. • With HTML or PDF, if a large number of fields are to be displayed, data will appear on the screen, but may be cut off during printing. • Click on Run button. Do not use File/Print drop down on the top toolbar.
