Summary • A new Application Utility Solution from DataCore to help you suspend and flush (quiesce) database to perform SQL Server Snapshots • Enables “clean” snapshots of database on an active production SQL server • Inserts Snapshot markers for Remote Site Snapshots • Enables the initiation and execution of a user programmable script to remotely command DataCore storage software to operate on Snapshot (a point-in-time copy/image) relationships • Simple to set up • Efficient and Fast to operate • Lets you achieve more productive use of your time and your data Snapshot data copies can then be used to enhance productivity: off-line analysis, report generation, “concurrent” tasks, back-ups, etc.
