    4. Fingers Crossed: No News is Good News Many Internal Organizations are apt to be vocal about misgivings. Proposal and Award Data is being kept on Coeus. Some Webforms generated requests to coeus-help are being processed regularly No Departmental Administrator Use of Coeus at this Point in time. These will be engaged during Phase 2 which includes: Proposal Development.
