  4. Material Used: • Valve [INLET] is made of Steel [Quality : EN-52 ] • Valve [EXHAUST] is made of Steel [Quality : 21-12N] • Valve Seat : Stellite Deposit Grade 12 • Valve Guide : Cast Iron Special Cast Steel • Valve Seat : Molybdenum & Deposit Tribaloy - 400 added with iron bus steel

  6. Valve • Provides gas entry & escape from the combustion chamber • Transmits combustion heat to lubricant and coolant through the guides and the walls of the cylinder head

  7. Valve Inserts Provides long -life seating area for the valve sealing • Allows ease if replacement in high-wear area •

  8. Valve Guide • Lubricates and guides the valve stem • Control lubrication of stem movement

  9. Valve ColletLocks Minimizes risk of valve damage • It keeps the locking in proper form during the movement of valves •

  10. Valve Spring • It holds closed valve during internal combustion • It opens the valve after it has been opened mechanically or by flow pressure
