Extrinsically Motivated People • Do not believe that they are in charge of their lives. • Make excuses and blame others when things go wrong. • Believe in chance, rather than hard work • Find it difficult to act because they don’t feel it will matter. • External motivation can make you do things, get things done, but you generally don’t enjoy them.
