  2. Tube bending block (G-10) Tube grooves machined in block Perhaps a strip of rubber may need to be glued to the bottom of the block to keep it from sliding while bending the tube over

  3. The other half of the bending block can be used to support and hand form the tubing over the lower block

  4. Bend the tube over and back up

  5. 1.5” Protective Cover Bracket (.125” thick SSt) 1.5” A .25” Dia. hole Spot Weld 1.5” .5” A

  6. Slip on a protective plastic end cap Teflon sleeve is peeled back for coupling brazing at coil assembly “Great Stuff” (or equivalent)
