Preface In order to put what we have learned into practice and know more about the real business world, we went on a summer investigation practice of medium-sized and small enterprises trading with Africa in Huzhou. Through this experience, we got the general understanding of the situation and then offered some practical advice to for the companies.

In order to make the product more market-oriented, companies need to strength the brand building. Attending the trade exhibition is a more direct and convenient way for enterprises, with lower costs. mutually beneficial & reciprocal relationship

Striving for further development, the Anji Chair Industryassociation was formally established in 2011. Nowadays, the Association and companies are heading forward side by side on a new journey.

Problem Although the Industry Association provides massive benefits for local enterprises, currently a number of enterprises are still reluctant to join in, which set some trade association into a dilemma. But now the small number of companies engaged in the associations set people into deep thinking. lack assistance without strong backing weak supervision poor execution slack off in office nonfeasance Private Organization Briefly speaking,the Industry association should make better use of government departments to help attract more companies to join them.
