  9. REVIEW OF THE STUDENTS: How would you best guide? What do you notice? Who would you want to partner with to support this students’ success? What bias(es) arise for you? What resources/information do you need?

Group Dialogue • What value do ICAP and Plans of Study have for students? • How can we get staff, parents and students to buy in to the ICAP process? • Who creates ICAPs at your school/district? What is the process? • For those in post-secondary, what value does a student’s ICAP have as they enter higher education? • How can we encourage available resources at the district to create usable plans? • How do we show the value of these to students? • Groups have a list of what they see their role in the process is and how they can make this a process that has value.
