ALIGNMENT • Alignment – the position of elements on a design that line up together
ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES • One way to use alignment on a web page is to use the samealignment for paragraphs, headings, and images. • The four types of vertical alignment are: left, centered, right, and justified
ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES • Another way to use alignment on a web page is to use a grid or guides so that you can place the edges of elements up against the grid lines or guide lines. • Try to use horizontal alignment as well! Have top and bottom edges of elements line up together!
WHY USE ALIGNMENT? • Alignment on a web page is a major factor in creating a web page that looks organized!!! • A lack of alignment creates a web page that looks disorganized, messy, and unprofessional!
