  1. Launching our Year Together Think about: • What was your most significant impact through your work last year? • What do you feel is the most important work that you will do this year? • What are your hopes and dreams for this year?

  2. Our Work Review the four lists. Discuss and answer the following: • What strengths and needs exist within the contexts? • What resources and opportunities exist to address the needs?

  3. Our Work: Sharing Group Discussions • Create a summary chart with: • Strengths • Needs • Creative programs and services • Appoint a presenter. • Use gallery walk format to rotate through each group

  4. Six Year State Performance Plan Review district plan. Consider: • What questions do we still need to answer in collaboration with the district? • What problems are suggested by the data? • What are steps to address the needs?
