  4. FNPO In 1968, 14 Banks were nationalised ‘India Post’ holds considerable customers in Saving Bank wing upto the year 2000 Now it is reducing day by day. Who is responsible?

  5. FNPO We are having PLI since 1884 After 100 years We introduced RPLI on 24th March 1995 Who is responsible?

  6. FNPO Mail flow comes down heavily between 1995 to 2000 Couriers started their business We have not yet amended IPO Act Who is responsible?

  7. FNPO India Post introduced “Project Arrow” during 2009 “Project Arrow” brought a new look to the Post Offices.

  8. FNPO ‘Project Arrow’ improves the service on the following areas: Counter Service Modernisation in the Post Offices Sale of new products such as Gold Coins

  9. FNPO Project Arrow does not improve the service on the following areas: Mails are not delivered within the time After sale service is far from the satisfactory Project Arrow is not introduced in the RMS

  10. FNPO Why this stalemate? We have not satisfied the customers We have not satisfied the workers We have not reduced the deficit Senior officers are also not happy
