The National Member Development Network Replacing MD Charter Steering Group with wider remit • Promote the regional Member Development Charters as a strategic approach to building councillor capacity. • Support councillor development and share learning more generally across the regions. • Promote joint working between the LG Group and the regions on councillor development.
