Tuttnauer 2540m Manual Autoclave Overview
Tuttnauer's 2540m autoclave is a manually operated steam sterilizer. Manual means that it is operated by dials on the front of the machine instead of being electronically, or computer, automated. Manual autoclaves are generally less expensive than the automated versions. In terms of Tuttnauer sterilizers, it is on the small side with only the 1730 Valueklave and 2340 being smaller for table top use.
