This means that you need to tackle the current and the future needs of the community and work for their benefit. Make a system model of care which will be based on your strategy and follow it. Create a targeted plan using the data and needs of the community. In addition to that, create a budget for the training u2013 like using complex equipment and cloud based medical software u2013 and hiring of the new staff, the current staff and the rest of the costs of the whole project. If your budget and situation allow you, you can also collaborate with other institutes and organization for combined and increased benefit to the community.
