Meditation is not all about sitting in a same posture for a couple of hours or chanting some mantras, it is more than that. Meditation is basically a science which gives tremendous physical and mental benefits to your body and psyche. To practice it we do not need extra equipments all we need is time and a small quiet space. You can practice it inside your home or can join meditation classes in order to bring routine and proper environment. But still we find numerous excuses not to practice meditation.
