Passive voice is used when the focus is on the action. It is not important or not known, however, who or what is performing the action. Passive Voice Ex : The Postman delivers the letters (Active-transitive) The letters was delivered by The Postman (Passive)
Monotransitive and DitransitiveVerb 1. Monotransitive verb Requires just one or single object Ex : I am playing computer. I = Subject Am = helping verb-to be-present Playing = action verb-Ving Computer = direct object The sentence above is present continous tense.
