Interim Review • Major Issue: • EC requested an interim review to assess especially the Deliverables: • D3.1 User Needs Analysis and User Profile Report (overall responsible SU/IIE) • D2.3 Synthesis Feasibility Report (overall responsible ASTRIUM) • No agenda has been defined yet • Meeting will be held in Brussels, 15 October 2007, around noon • Chaired by the new PO and the project reviewers • Mandatory presence of WP2 and WP3 leaders and the corresponding Deliverables responsibles • ICCS, ASTRIUM, SU/IIE, INSEAD • Any other partners willing to support the presentation is welcome 2

Discussion • Discussion issues: • D2.3 and D3.1 to comply with: • the reviewers remarks • The overall project concept taking into account the specific user needs and the specific RW applications and scenarios that will be offered to the users • Cost effective, realistic and under the RW vision solutions • Proof of interaction between WP2 and WP3 and also between the other project WPs and Deliverables • To be submitted officially on 10/9/2007 having incorporated the comments of today’s discussion • ASTRIUM and SU/IIE to present in the following what will be shown to the reviewers during the interim review in October concerning the D2.3 and D3.1 respectively. 5
