SUMMARYWhat to retain • Global satisfaction is excellent  94% • Stabilized to 2100 attendees (30% IEEE members) • Submissions • NorthAmerica and Europe  40% • Asia Pacific  20% • Others  2% • Attendees/submissions ratio stable to 1.20 • NSS: 2012 remains the best rated • MIC: very good in 2013 • RTSD: growing satisfaction (except for posters) • Still need to increase the quality of paper selection and less parallelism within sessions • Exhibit hall should not be too far from the scientific sessions • Some improvements could be done (coffee breaks and networking) • Over many years of statistics (average over 5 years) • Age  50 % are less than 35 and 10% above 55 • 1/3 are coming for the first time • 60% are sure to come back next year
