  3. g) Canadian participation • The Battle of Dieppe: • In August 1942, the Allies were about to enter the port of Dieppe in France to test the German forces

  4. g) Canadian participation • Prepared for 3 years, 5000 Canadians participate • The Canadian attack at Dieppe was planned as a surprise attack, but Canadian troops were taken ​​by the Germans stationed on clifftop
