The Club Vision Facilitation Process • Club leadership must agree to the process • Facilitated by a District Visioning Team • Takes about four hours • Who should attend: Maximum of 30 club members President and President Elect Board of Directors A few new Members A few active members Assistant Governor

Outcomes of Club Visioning • What the club stands for in its community • The club’s target membership size in 3 years • Identification of the club’s attributes • Top 3 objectives for each Avenue of Service • Focused Fundraising • Goals of giving to the Rotary Foundation • Ideas for increasing Public Image

  5. Bringing Visioning to Your District 1. Work with your DG line to get them to support training a Visioning Facilitation Team 2. Have your DG contact your Zone Membership Lead : Glen Vanderford: Zone 30 Bob Warner: Zone 31 3. Collaborate with your newly appointed District Visioning Chair
