Benefits of CIMS • Integrated Fiscal and Program Processing • Faster review and processing of contract applications • Assist DAS in conducting cross cutting analysis • User friendly system • Formula driven budget template • Automatic G&A allocation capability • Automatic repopulation of reoccurring data

Operational Overview • Web based system • Steps to complete and finalize a budget: • Budget template is downloaded from web site • Agency completes budget • Agency uploads budget to DAS on website • DAS reviews and approves or request revisions to submitted budget. • Agency can track on web system if budget has been approved or if revisions are still pending.
