MPRPCMP-09-TCA-01 Overview • CMP-09-TCA-01 Filed January 15, 2009 • Total Project Estimated Costs: $1.55 B • PTF: $1,510,365,000 • Non-PTF: $39,635,000 • Selection of Transmission Alternatives • N5: provides for more robust system performance and predicted load growth • S1: best performance/lowest cost • Underground Identified (≈ 6200’ of 115kV in Lewiston) • Replaces existing underground 34.5 kV transmission facilities in-kind in urban area • No Localized Costs in PTF
