  7. The national day is July 4th. It is called Independence day . It commemorate the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

  9. The Native Americans were Indians.

  10. The first Europeans arrived in 1620: the Pilgrim Fathers. Their boat was the May Flowers.

  11. The first Black slaves arrived at the end of the 17th century.

  12. Abraham Lincold abolished slavery and died assassinated in 1865, at the end of the Civil War.
