  2. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS & RESOURCES • Mission Statement: Providing improved market access, via rail, for the region’s agricultural firms & organizations, in matters that are environmentally friendly.

  3. Development • The terminal is a “Private-Public-Partnership” with the City of to Madisonville and Hopkins County. Western Bluegrass Terminal, leases, operates, and maintains three miles of municipal railroad. It provides on “line rail service” for existing rail users. For non-rail access customers, it has established a new “trans-load” service for the transfer of commodities from freight car to truck to freight car.
