ATS-evo

ATS Evo is a torque controlled expansion anchor which is used for high shear loading applications. It is also called with different names like heavy duty shear anchor, heavy duty safety anchor.<br>ATS Evo comes in 3 different versions..<br>1) Hex Head Version.<br>2) Flanged nut (threaded stud) version.<br>3) Countersunk Version.<br>ATS Evo has 5 different components which are listed below.<br>1) STUD - Threaded Rod with 8.8 grade which is capable of handling high shear and tensile loads.<br>2) Shell - This acts as a outer cover to the stud protecting it from direct shear loadings.<br>3) Nylon Bush - Plastic bush which prevents the rotation of the sleeve in the bottom portion while application of the torque.<br>4) Sleeve - Three piece segment which expands uniformly creating both keying and friction principles in holding the anchor firmly in the concrete.<br>5) Cone - Cone provides uniform expansion of the sleeve while application of torque.
