Consultancy • Evaluation of the school status (ICT equipment, teacher digital competencies) • Designing school strategy and plan (how to implement ICT in teaching, how to train teachers) • Designing virtual communities  • Combining various methods of teacher training (seminars, workshops – school-based, in classes with teachers)
