Objectives 2013 - 2014 • No school below floor • No school in a category • At least 10 more schools evaluated as outstanding • Close gaps for our underperforming groups • Outcomes in all subjects/areas above national • Improve outcomes in EYFS

Link Officer Role • The process - separate outcomes and input • A real focus on improving the quality of teaching … and leadership • First main section of the report will be a commentary on the school’s effectiveness in improving the quality of teaching • The second section will be about improving the quality of leadership including governance • LO to deliver some of the bespoke support • Channel requests through Link Officer We welcome feedback
