NGOs in Cambodia • At present, there are 522 local NGOs registered with the Ministry of the Interior, 183 local NGOs registered with the Council of Ministers, 554 local Associations registered at Ministry of the Interior, and 267 international NGOs registered at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.[1] • [1] There are 20 Japanese NGOs operating in Cambodia. Community • សហគមន៍ គឺជាទំនាក់ទំនងសង្គមដែលស្តែងចេញតាមរយៈភាពជិតដិតជាបុគ្គល ជំរៅនៃការជាប់ចិត្ត (ភាពខ្នក់ក្នុងចិត្ត) ភាពស្អិតជាប់នៃសង្គម និងបន្តពីមុន។ • សហគមន៍អាចជាត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង ឫកើតឡើងដោយឯកឯង។ អាចជាលក្ខណៈប្រពៃណី ទំនើប និងចំរុះ (vernacular types) • មិនបានដឹងពីចំនួនពិតប្រាកដនៃសហគមន៍ទេ
Donors Name of donors giving assistance to Cambodia • Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, the Russian Federation, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. • Multilateral donors are: UN agencies (such as UNDP), the Bretton-Woods institutions (World Bank and International Monetary Fund or IMF), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the European Union (EU).
Royal Government of Cambodia and Development Policy A number of important plans for the development of Cambodia: • Socio-Economic Development Plan-I (SEDP-I: 1996-2000) (supported by ADB and first draft was in English); • An interim Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (I-PRSP was passed by the Council of Ministers in Oct 2000); • Building on I-PRSP, Socio-Economic Development Plan II (SEDP-II 2001-2005) has been prepared; • Process for formulating a plan that meets World Bank requirement for full PRSP has finished (Oct 2002); • Full PRSP is called as National Poverty Reduction Strategy (NPRS).

New tech These three components have to be reshaped otherwise people are suffered from the changed in essential condition, the reshape is made by the outsider & in fragmental basis (especially the modern technology & modern social organization) Human tries to develop & modify the other three elements simultaneously to cope with change Essential condition is changed: ex.
