  8.  Tasks that worked well or as planned • Use search feature to look for particular laptop • Go to a laptop page • Go to an external link to an online store • Use the find a laptop feature • Use the advanced search feature and try to search by price range and screen size Tasks that did not work well or as planned • Sort the results page by manufacturer. • They were looking for some kind of button on the side of the page or some kind of indication besides the text. • Go to home page • They are looking for home page link in the menus and at the bottom of the page. • Rate the laptop • They are looking for a star rating system or a submit button. The good and the bad

Positive • Result page for the laptop is good • Has a banner image for the website • Tabs work well for organizing Negative • Should have home page link in the menus and at the bottom of the page • Use stars for rating the laptop • Link the image of the laptop to laptop page • Use other form of input in advanced search • Make all the fields for advanced search drop down menus • Make all the questions in one tab/or make tabs clearer. Surprises • Some users found the home page link • Some users found the rating harder than we thought • The tabs were a bit confusing for the users Feedback & Findings
