Good Touch / Secret Touch Classroom Activity Kit ACTIVITY INSTRUCTIONS 1 OF 2 PREVIEW Activity Objective: To familiarize students with what touches are considered “good” and what touches are considered ‘secret”. When people touch each other and it is expected and accepted, generally it is done in public and without secrecy. When touches are done inappropriately and unexpected, they are done so with people in positions of power telling the child that it is a “secret” and that they should not tell anyone. This game helps students understand when these secrets are unhealthy and when they should tell someone they trust. Good touches are the ones that make us feel good, happy, comfortable and loved. Secret touches are the ones that make us feel confused, bad, uncomfortable, guilty, angry or upset. Contents: 2 Risk Cards; Good Touch, Secret Touch 26 Activity Cards Instructor Answer Sheet Instructor Discussion Questions Supplies Needed: Blackboard or wall to place cards Tape
