  2. Tip 5 – Dissect Your NOGA • Go home and memorize your NOGA! • Create a clear timeline of grant expectations. • Work through budget and set up meeting with grant funds manager. • Make a plan!

  3. Tip 4 – Create Your Grant Bible • Grant Bible is where you will keep all paperwork and supporting documents. • Tabs include: • NOGA • Grant Amendments • Budget • Log of activities, meetings, and more • Staff development: Sign-in sheets and handouts • Supporting documents

  4. Tip 3 – Determine Your Key Players • Administration • Technology director • Instructional specialist or others to help tie technology and instruction on each campus • Teacher leaders • Determine strengths and put on teams • Grant funds manager • Others • Meet with each to ensure everyone is on same page and working towards like goals.

  5. Tip 2 – Motivate & Involve Teachers • Staff development! • Pick leaders in various areas to become experts. • Allow leaders to help with staff development, encourage others, and create samples to share. • Communicate! • Develop a relationship and sense of support!
