Tasks can be done concurrently assisting in staff assignment. • Critical Path- deliverable dates, setting up website, collecting orders, placing order, delivering to customers. • Maintain schedule • Larger parts of the project are broken down Gantt Chart
Two main clients are the customer and the supplier InterVarsity takes order from customer, makes order from supplier and delivers back to customer Designer gives designs to InterVarsity who in turn delivers them to webmaster Context Diagram

Project T-Shirt Fundraising is set to launch on Friday September 19, 2008, with CNU’s largest oranization, InterVarsity. The project will help InterVarsity to stop losing money on its t-shirt sales , and actually make a profit, by modifying their current marketing strategies, and introducing new ones as well. Project Launch
