  3. Fueling Station • 2 - 12000 gallon underground unleaded tanks • 1 - 4000 gallon E-85 (Ethanol) tank

  4. Fuel Usage • The University of Arizona vehicles consumed 254,097 gallons of unleaded gasoline in fy year 06/07 and 37,083 of E85. • The Motor Pool alone consumed 21,000 gallons of E-85 in fy 06/07. • Usage of E-85 will grow as the University buys more E-85 vehicles.

  5. Motor Pool Rental Vehicles • 94 Motor Pool cars in operation • 45 utilize E-85 • FY 2006/07 Motor Pool vehicles traveled 1,277,664 miles • FY 2006/07 4433 rentals • All vehicles are safety inspected every 4000 miles and annually.

  6. Use of a Personal Vehicle on University Business • Mileage/fuel has to be reimbursed & processed through a department using check request/travel reimbursement.
