Direct the processes planned by the CPC • Help us attend to agenda and issues that emerge during and between Chapter sessions. • Ask questions of Chapter participants in order to facilitate clear, specific, and direct communication with one another • Intervene, as necessary, and coach us when we are dialoguing in order to help us understand one another more deeply, address our differences or conflicts, and seek common ground about that which matters most to us.
