  16. Member Sign-In This section allows clients to access their documents, such as old tax returns, invoices, etc. Customers will need to have an account created for them by a designated administrator in the local office.

  17. Member Account The types of documents clients will be able to access includes: Tax Returns Financial Accounts Copy of PAYG Summary (Group Certs) They will need to be able to be loaded by the local office administrator. Security of the site is critical as these are financial documents. 
