Advanced Communication Bronze • (ACB) • Eligibility • Achieved CC Award • Completed 2 Advanced Manuals • Advanced Communication Silver • (ACS) • Eligibility • Achieved ACB Award • Completed 2 more Adv Manuals • 2 presentations from: • The Better Speaker Series and/or • The Successful Club Series • Advanced Communication Gold • (ACG) • Eligibility • Achieved ACS Award • Completed 2 more Advanced Manuals • 2 presentations from: • Success/Leadership Series, • Success/Communication Series or a Youth Leadership • Coached a new member with 1st three speech projects

7. Leadership Track The Competent Leader (CL)  • Core of the leadership track • 10 Leadership projects • Develops basic skills leaders need • Recognition; move on to Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) & Advanced Leader (ALS)

Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) • Eligibility • Achieved CL Award • Achieve CC Award • 6 months as a Club Officer • - Participated in Club Success Plan • - Participated in Club Officer Training • 2 presentations from The Successful Club Series • Advanced Leader Silver (ALS) • Eligibility • Achieved ALB Award • Served as a District Officer • Completed High Performance Leadership (5 Parts) • (F/B given by Guidance Committee) • Club Sponsor, Mentor or Coach

9. Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award requirements: • Achieved Advanced Communicator Gold award • Achieved Advanced Leader Silver award Distinguished Toastmaster is the highest recognition a member may receive!
