Project Description (Phase 1) Aufbau • Comprehensive technology review / assessment and demand analysis • Concept development to provide supportive IT services on mobile devices • Useable on different mobile devices • Useable with different back-end systems • Customizable (front-end, functionality, back-end) and generic • Development of a first prototype covering two or three use-cases • Field test to gain feedback and (im)prove the concept
