Accomplishments/Honors • Creation of over 7 “main” templates for CSM and PA use on project work, completing changing reporting structure to clients within our Team - National Projects • Creation in Dashboard view of SharePoint list data for VP and Director forecasting utilized on a monthly basis • Involvement in the structure of M3, CROSSMARK’s new cell-phone based reporting tool. Financial Knowledge and Examples: Explanation:Forecasting maintenance and visual representation Accomplishments: Provided VP an inclusive view of Corporate Client re-forecasts which accounted for 80% of total revenue for National Projects. Allowed for errors to be discovered before re-forecasts were submitted

Ad Hoc Analysis:Explanation: Assisted in the creation of contractual KPI’s by organizing and creating visual representation for months of data.Accomplishment: By consolidating and structuring the data, segments of this presentation was utilized by upper-level management for contractual expectations to the Client.
Monthly Analysis:Explanation: Managed and helped to create a CSM Scorecard, encompassing a variety of metrics in an easy-to-view formatAccomplishments: The Scorecard allowed Directors and the VP to gain an overall view of Team performance, including various financial measures such as aging revenue and billing errors.In addition, I was consulted and provided examples for proposed Scorecard for our Walmart Team.
Pre/Post Analysis:Explanation: Once assigned the task of managing the Monthly Video, I conducted surveys before & after while also gathering avg. watch time and viewer clicks.Accomplishments: Increased % of Views by and average of 4.4% over 6 months, with every month having higher % views than previous average.Determined there was no clear correlation between video length and % of video watch as the average time viewed remained steady for the course of 6 monthsWas able to forecast views and % viewed by reviewing the standard deviation and variance over 6 months of data and came near actuals based on altering/reducing the video length
