How To Qualify You participate in the challenge based on your title as of April 28, 2012, the start of the May sales month. New (first time) Manager cannot hold the same title since January 2011. New (first time) Director cannot hold the same title since January 2011. * Must successfully complete Part 1 to continue in Part 2.

Qualities to strive for • You are aware of how you have benefited from being in Tupperware and show it! • You believe that being in Tupperware will benefit other people • You are proud of the product you sell • You image displays someone who is comfortable, calm, relaxed and happy with what they are doing
But there are some things to consider! • Is a recruiting message part of EVERY demonstration you do? • Do you treat everyone as potential Tupperware consultant? • Do you share your story at EVERY party? • Do you follow up on EVERY lead you get?
What is a recruiting message? • Your demonstration! • Your attitude! • Your product! • Your service! • Ten ticket game (or other forms of games) • Your I-Story • Opportunity flyer • Opportunity hotline: 1-866-376-7518
She/He was the one interested in hosting Why did they book a party? How successful was the party? Is your datebook full and you need your host to do some of the parties? How do you show them the benefits of the business? Is there anything holding her/him back from giving it a try? Give them a goal or a challenge But lets zero in on the HOST
