  2. Mapping • Look over the map of your college planning and budgeting process that you made in the General Session. • Where are the gaps in your process--SLO assessment, program review? Note the places where something more is needed

  3. Translating your Map • Explain your map, your process and your gaps to someone else.

  4. Brainstorm Challenges and Solutions • Discuss the challenges that your college faces in this process with a partner. • For each challenge that you identify, brainstorm a solution. • Present your challenges and solutions to the entire group

  5. Examining the Standards • Choose one of the following three quotations from the standards and begin explaining your college’s process • Yes, you are actually practicing how to write an accreditation report!
