2012 - Regulations review and writing; - Investiment in specialized training for ANAC’s examiners; - SME and ELE rater training (by International Institution of Recognized Expertise); - Training material development (using FACETS analysis); - Implementation of minimum of two raters (1ELE + 1SME) rating each candidate at ANAC (3rd rater in case of divergent scores); - Development and upgrade of an IT system; - Steering Committee On ICAO-AELTE Service; - ICAEA Conference Co-Organization.
Next steps • Actions ANAC is going to take in the near future: - Current test maintenance: creation of test banks, trialling of new test versions; - Publication of reviewed regulations; - Accredited institutions` ELE recurrent course; - Accredited institutions` SME rater training; - Improvement of test administration and score reporting procedures; - Improvement of IT system; - Improvement of stakeholder engagement; - Accreditation of new institutions.
