LGOLnet Solution Gartner Report on LGOL-Net There had been a Gartner Report on LGOL-Net which had positioned LGOL-Net as an appropriate solution for the niche Local Authority environment but not the only one. They declined to compare LGOL-Net with any commercial offering because it wouldn't have been a like for like comparison. They had also suggested that there needs to be investment in the product in order to extend it into to Application Platform Suite/ Enterprise Integration space. This included workflow and micro-workflow ( Gartner's terms) and that there should be a single generic adapter developed. Source: http://www.lgolnet.org 22nd June 2006
