Loving where you work Standards of Appearance: Trading Floor Management Male: • Smart long sleeve shirt and tie • Dark suit trousers (jacket optional) • Flat, full shoes with none slip sole Female • Smart dark trousers or skirt (jacket optional) with smart blouse /top • Or dark business dress • Flat, full shoes with non slip sole (or supplied safety shoes) Trading Colleagues: • Booths trousers, shirt, jacket and fleece if appropriate • Black full shoes (safety shoes when completing manual handling tasks as per guidance) • No more than 2 rings or bracelets • Only stud earrings All Colleagues • Booths trousers • Good personal hygiene • Hair clean and tied back if longer than nape of neck • No outrageous hairstyles • Minimum make-up • Name badges • Wear correct PPE to complete tasks (e.g. high vis / safety shoes) • Clean, ironed and hemmed uniforms

Getting paid You are paid on the last day of the month (unless that falls on a Saturday, in which case it’s the Friday before) Your pay slip will be emailed to you (unless you’ve not given us an email address) It is password protected, and your password is your national insurance number (case sensitive) You should always check your pay slip and should speak to your line manager if you have any questions about your pay N.B. there is an example pay slip in your Induction workbook

So you can also spot potential security issues too! • Deter • Deter if you can, to put the potential criminal off taking something. You can do this by tidying up close by, offering them a basket or some help. You must not accuse or touch them, as this could result in you breaking the law. • Report • Let someone know as soon as possible. The duty manager will check the CCTV and report the issue to Loss Prevention.
