NeighborCircle Getting to know neighbors can be hard and a bit scary… Residents may be too busy, too shy, or to intimidated to build relationships with people on their street. A NeighborCircle is a good conversation with neighbors over dinner. The idea is simple, but in busy lives, many never have the opportunity.
