Signs of Civilization PowerPoint • DIRECTIONS • Put name, date, period, and Signs of Civilization PowerPoint on your first slide. • You will then create eight PowerPoint slides, one for each of the eight signs of civilization. • Each slide will have a title. For example: Cultivation of Crops. The title of each slide should be the largest and boldest print on the slide. • Each slide will have a complete sentence or two that explains the title. This cannot be copied from your notebook and must be in your own words. • Each slide will have a minimum of two graphics with captions. Your graphics will come from clipart.com. To go to clipart.com, go first to ccps.org/NEMS and choose clip art. Your passwords are nems & nems • Save your assignment as lastnamelastnameCIVILIZATION.ppt on your desktop. Save it every 10 minutes or so. • Make sure that your slides are visually appealing. The next slide is an example of what NOT to do.
