Contract ImpactsUnder Review • KPUD Fiber Line to Island Wood • Impacts civil, start of structural concrete • Electrical Permit Submission by ARUP • Delay related to the submission of the electrical permit, impacted electrical underground and structural concrete scopes • Rain delay’s – April 18 • Impacts concrete slab pour and structural steel erection • Structural Steel Dimensional Coordination items between FOMA and Mithun/PCS • Structural steel RFI’s relative to steel fab coordinated / complex steel coordination (earthquake fault line) • Impacts to production/flow for framing and electrical in multiple quads

Contract ImpactsUnder Review • Operators Strike • Impacts civil, structural steel erection, structural concrete • RFI 185 / Brace Frame Wall Reinforcing/Concrete reinforcing in Quad B • Impacts rebar supply/Install,  structural concrete, steel erection, metal stud framing • Steel Joist Deflection/discrepancy between joist spec and framing specifications • Impacts framing & electrical in Quad C & Quad A. • Snow/Weather Delay February • Impacts all trades

Contract ImpactsUnder Review • Wall Size at Classroom Demising Wall/ Quad B • Wall sizing in architectural drawings proved to be too thin for original electrical/AV rough in/ routing at demising walls. Change order priced to increase wall size declined. Alternate solution created by design team: impacted electrical rough in, drywall hang/tape and paint   • CCD-03 AV / Paging changes • Changes to meet District technology construction standard • Impacts to electrical, insulation, drywall hang/tape and paint • Ventilation Shaft Quad B & D  / Duct Revisions @ Soffit Quad B • Conflicts between shaft sizing and mechanical vents. Transition from round to square vents in soffit • Impacts Mechanical, electrical, roofing, rough carpentry, frame, drywall hang/tape and paint through-out building • AV / Paging • Impacted electrical, insulation, drywall hang/tape & paint subs. •  Ventilation / Shaft Issues Quad B/D & Post Shop Duct Design Revision for Aesthetics • Impacts mechanical, electrical, roofing, rough carpentry, roofing, frame, hang, tape & paint in Quad B
