Engagement Platform 2018 in review
MEP – New 2018 Features • Improved navigation - Quick Links (e.g. to Core, Wellness, HCE+ and EAP) • Personalized data driven Advice (online, email and push/notifications) urging members to improve their health and wellness, join DM coaching programs, find cost and quality info, register for a webinar, etc. based on data from Personal Health Profile, Biometrics, Claims, HCE+ searches, and EAP service. • Integrated “Learn More” videos about Advocacy, Medical Visit Checklists, and EAP+ Work/Life • Expanded digital navigation to 3rd party benefit providers/vendors • Summary and description of member’s HA Benefits
MEP – New 2018 Features • Wellness and CCS: new nutritional content, search recipes based on personal requirements and develop meal plans • Biometrics: Printed proof of Flu shot • Platform supports over 100 languages with Google Translate • Online scheduling with a Health Coach (Wellness) & Nurse Coach (CCS)
2018 Advice Statistics • Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2018 • 40 million Advice generated that Advocates can coach on • 3.1 million Advice generated for members who have registered • 139K actions taken (clicked on an action from Advice) by Member or Agent • 23% of Actions were taken by Member • 77% of Actions were taken by Agent using the Agent Dashboard • 1.9 million outbound emails or push notifications (started March 2018) • 37% were for gaps in care and preventive screenings (claim and demographic) • 45% were for EAP webinars • 19% were for Wellness programs (HRA and Biometrics data) • 95% of outbound communications were via email/5% push notifications • 24% of members receiving non-webinar outbound communications logged in within 7 days

2019 MEP Roadmap • Integrated Solutions • Improvements to navigation/design and increase levels of interactivity through tools, videos, and quizzes • Develop new personalized Advice (email and push notifications) (Expert Medical Opinion, Musculoskeletal, Disability, Back Pain, Pre-diabetes, Custom, etc.) • Incentives for Telemedicine and EAP activities (e.g. attending an educational Webinar) • Integrated/guided health educational materials • Wellness • Updates to online Wellness Program including NCQA certification, improved navigation, member goals survey, guided programs, co-branding customizations, and on-demand client reporting. • Disease Management • Disease specific content and Smart Goals for members with conditions as part of Chronic Condition Support program.
